Terms of Service.

These Terms form an agreement between you and BAER VENTURES LLC when you access or use Where & When. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and permitted to use the service under applicable law. You must provide accurate account information and may not use the service while suspended or banned.

What the service provides

Where & When offers profile discovery, mutual matching, and structured date-planning tools. It intentionally does not provide member-to-member free-text chat. We do not promise a match, a date, compatibility, identity verification, venue availability, or any particular result.

Your conduct

You must treat others respectfully, obtain consent, follow venue rules and applicable law, use authentic profile information and photos you have the right to share, and use reporting tools honestly. You may not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, stalk, exploit, solicit money, advertise commercial services, evade a block or ban, scrape data, probe security, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Meeting safely

You are responsible for deciding whether and where to meet. Meet in a public place, control your own transportation, tell someone you trust, protect home and work addresses, and leave if you feel unsafe. Where & When is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.

Reports and enforcement

Members can block and report other members. We may investigate reports and warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. We may preserve information when reasonably necessary for a safety investigation or legal obligation, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your content

You retain ownership of profile photos and information you submit. You grant BAER VENTURES LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it.

Account deletion

You may delete your account using the in-app account controls. Deletion removes the active account and associated service data, subject to the limited safety-record retention and other legal exceptions described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting an account does not end obligations that arose before deletion.

Third parties and venues

The service relies on third-party infrastructure and venue information. Third-party services and physical venues are independent from BAER VENTURES LLC. We do not control or guarantee their information, availability, accessibility, safety, conduct, or terms.

Service changes and availability

We may add, remove, or change features and may suspend access for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Dating and in-person meetings involve risks that technology cannot eliminate. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Responsibility and liability

You are responsible for your conduct and your use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAER VENTURES LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for another member’s conduct. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms, safety risks, fraud, unlawful conduct, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

Changes and contact
